    Thanks for the elaborated advice about how to fight weight excess. Depending on each person’s metabolism it may be pretty hard to find the right solution all alone, so support is needed. 

    I am keeping my body slim & fit by walking several miles (well, that’s actually kilometers where I live) in working days, making physical exercises, and not eating much (also not rushing while eating).  I never made use of diet pills (and don’t even know how available they would be in my neighborhood, I live in Eastern Europe). I also can say I don’t eat meat often. There are lots of days a year that I don’t touch it.

    On the other side, I like bread very much and often eat only in the evenings at home. And I think that fasting can also be a good method for fast weight losses (when combined with physical activity, of course) – but then we have to cope with hunger and the temptation of buying lots of food next time.

    Obesity is a worldwide problem, even in my country there are alarm signals about our children weighing too much and making too little exercise, it’s also because of modern technology.     Being over weight myself, I struggle with weight loss. In general I don`t appreciate any magical pill, because in my experience I see that people who use pills and lose what 10-15 kg, after they quit the pills they gain 20-30 kg.

    So I try to re educate and change my eating habits, I cut sugar, I cut bad fat, I cut bread (to a minimum), and I have been trying to eat always much more greens and vegetables than other source of carbs.

    After reading this post, I will search for more information and products with alpha-amylase, coz keeping the extra calories out seems like something I could benefit on, and it would work with my at the moment habits.
